  1. Open and unlock 1Password, select the Login item for the website, then click Edit.
  2. Click the item detail menu to the right of a new field and choose One-Time Password.
  3. Click to open the QR code scanner window.
  4. Drag the QR code from the website to the scanner window.

    If you can’t drag the QR code, most sites will give you a string of characters you can copy and paste instead.

  5. Click Save.

Twitch is the world`s leading video platform and community for gamers. I've found a guide for battle.net that explain how to create the qr-code from some information used to reset/recovery the access with Authy. IF it works, the process to get a qrcode for twitch will be exactly the same: setup the 2fa with authy, create the qrcode, use it in google authenticator or whatever similar app requires a qrcode, fcking remove authy from your phone.

Neither LastPass or 1Password are 2FA Applications, they're password managers / password databases. I dont know about 1Password, but LastPass uses Google Authenticator as its 2FA component. I'd second Google Authenticator as an alternative choice that would be nice to have as, much like you, I only use Authy for Twitch and Google Authenticator.

To automatically copy one-time passwords to the clipboard after filling a login, tap Settings > Password AutoFill and turn on Auto-Copy One-Time Passwords.

Two-factor authentication (2FA) requires two different methods of verification to log in to your Twitch account: your password and your mobile phone. Each time you log in, you’ll enter your password and a unique code that we’ll send to your mobile phone. If you’ve never set up two-factor authentication before, here’s how it works:

  1. Go to the Security section in Settings.

  2. Select Enable Two-Factor Authentication.

  4. Enter your phone number.

EDIT: If you’re using an app that uses our old authentication flow like El Gato or Wirecast, you will need to append your 2FA token to your Password Madden twitter. when signing in. For instance, if your password is mypassword and the 2FA token is 123456, you would sign in with mypassword123456.
